Upload Asset Metadata

Add or update the public metadata for a Warthog asset (name, description, links, logo, optional banner). Only the on-chain creator can publish, and each asset can be updated at most once every 24 hours.

Named wallets stored in this browser (warthogWallet_*). WartBunker saves on its own origin — use a wallet file if you unlocked there.
